Skills, Rules, Subagents, and Design Systems for Fast Prototyping with Claude Code
Prototyping AI assisted product ideas is fast, but only until every prototype looks and behaves differently, and none of it matches your company's actual product, UX, or UI standards. In this talk, I'll show how we solved that with Claude Code: using Skills, Rules, and Subagents together with our own design system and components to keep every prototype consistent with company standards, from the first stakeholder demo onward.
The result is prototypes that stakeholders can actually evaluate as if they were real product decisions, and, because they're built from our own components, a dev handoff that's dramatically simplified compared to typical throwaway prototypes.
I'll walk through the setup live: how Skills and Rules encode our standards, how Subagents keep the process structured, and how this all ties back to a real design system.
