What is this Workshop all about?
Through a mix of short lectures, hands-on exercises, and group discussions, you will work through your own strategic challenges alongside peers facing similar problems. You will leave with practical frameworks you can immediately apply, and a concrete plan for driving strategic clarity back in your own team and organisation.
This workshop is about learning how to approach strategy. The real value is in the thinking and the tools, not in producing a polished deliverable by the end of the day. You will make real progress on your own challenges, but strategy is an ongoing process, not a one day output. Come ready to think, debate, and experiment.
