Reset: Breathwork with Livian
Halfway through the day your head is full. A lot of people, a lot of input, a lot of ideas competing for space. This is the slot to put it down for a moment. Livian Enachescu is a psychologist and breathwork coach who works with high performers on staying clear under pressure. He guides 30 minutes of functional breathing to settle the nervous system, clear the fog and give you the afternoon back. No experience needed, no mat, no change of clothes. Come as you are.

Livian Enachescu
Livian is a psychologist, breathwork facilitator and coach based in Munich. He studied clinical psychology and neuroscience in the Netherlands and worked in a clinic for personality disorders, before moving into business development at Amazon, where he led a sales team and built emotional intelligence and resilience workshops for EU leadership and global teams.
Today he works with high performers on what he calls selective intensity: applying pressure deliberately, recovering properly, and leading by example without burning yourself or your team out. His method combines psychology, breathwork, freediving and martial arts.
