GTM on Autopilot: Build Your AI-Powered Go-to-Market System
A full day hands on workshop for product people ready to stop prompting and start building: with Claude Code as their operating system.

What is this Workshop all about?
Building products is still hard. But in a world where building becomes cheap, go to market becomes the real bottleneck. More products ship faster than ever, and the teams that cannot research, position, and reach their audience systematically will lose to those who can, no matter how good the product is.
Most teams use AI for isolated tasks: rewriting an email, summarizing a call, generating a list. The results are fine but forgettable. Nothing compounds. Every session starts from zero.
In this workshop, you will learn proven GTM practices alongside the AI systems that make them scalable. You will learn why context engineering beats prompt engineering, and how to encode your ICP, positioning, personas, and playbooks into a repository that AI can draw on automatically. You will learn how to turn your SOPs into reusable skills and workflows that run your go to market motions end to end, so the AI never starts from zero again.
In the afternoon, you will learn how to connect live signals to personalized outreach, how to run multi agent workflows with sub agents and MCP integrations, and how to write messages grounded in real research that actually earn replies. You leave with a working system and real GTM skills, not a slide deck.
Important: This is an advanced workshop. Attendees should already know the basics of Claude Code. We will not cover basic setups.
