The conference runs one main stage and a separate AI workshop stage, and it is streamed worldwide. It is held in English. Just Product has taken place in Munich every year since 2023, which makes 2026 the fourth edition.
The 2026 programme is about how AI changes the way product teams work, along three themes. AI transformation and leadership looks at how product organizations are built, led and measured once AI moves past the pilot stage. AI end to end product management workflows, the core of the year, goes step by step through discovery, prioritization, specs, design handoff, delivery and analytics. The AI mindset shift looks at how product people adapt their thinking as AI changes their work: what to hand over, when to trust the output and where their own judgement matters most.
The audience is product leaders and product managers, from companies including Google, Porsche, Westwing, tado and zooplus. Workshops run in small groups on the day before the conference.
Just Product is run by Product Masterclass, a Munich company that trains product teams to adopt AI native product practices.

How to use it
A short manual so the logo shows up the way it was drawn. If your case is not covered here, ask us rather than guess.
Clear space and minimum size
Keep free space around the logo on every side of at least half the height of the wordmark. Nothing goes inside that frame, not text, not another logo, not the edge of the page.
Do not show the wordmark smaller than 120 pixels wide on screen or 30 millimetres wide in print. Below that the letters close up.

Inter, across Just Product and Product Masterclass. Regular for body copy, Semibold and Bold for headings. Headings on Just Product are set in capitals. Inter is free and available from the Google Fonts library.
