Bernadette von Wittern

Bernadette is the co-founder of Product Lounge, which she runs together with Jonathan von Wittern. She trains, advises and coaches product managers in B2B and industry. Before that she worked in marketing and product management for many years, most recently with global responsibility for a product portfolio in medical technology. Much of that time she spent in operating rooms with a notebook, watching how the devices were really used.

She has trained product managers since 2012 and wrote the German handbook "Mit Produktmanagement Marktchancen nutzen", now in its 11th edition. She is a trained LEGO Serious Play facilitator and systemic business coach, and uses the method with product teams for vision, strategy and collaboration.
