AIPM Hub

Your AI assistant for product work. It prepares, you decide.

Tasks, inbox, calendar and meeting notes in one place, with an assistant that does the preparation: your day plan, meeting briefings, reply drafts, tickets and summaries. Nothing is sent, changed or deleted until you confirm it.

Request pilot accessPilot starts 23 November 2026 · limited to 5 product managers

The problem

Product managers spend their day switching between mail, calendar, Jira, Slack and documents. The thinking happens in between, if there is time left. Chat assistants help with one text at a time, but they do not know your week, your stakeholders or your backlog.

How it works

  1. Connect what you need.

Start with your calendar. Add mail, Drive or Jira only when a task needs it. Each service is its own switch.

  2. Ask for the result, not the steps.

“What is on today?”, “Prepare my 2 pm with the platform team”, “Draft the reply to Anna”, “Turn these notes into tickets”.

  3. Confirm before anything goes out.

The assistant prepares the work. Sending a mail, accepting an invitation or changing a ticket waits for your click.

What it does

  • Day plan

Every morning, your meetings, open tasks and what matters today.

  • Meeting briefings

Who is in the room, what was said last time, what is open.

  • Inbox

Sorts your mail, drafts replies in your voice, archives the rest after you check.

  • Tasks and boards

One task list that you and your assistant both work on.

  • Product skills

Write a ticket, draft a PRD, prepare a discovery interview, write a stakeholder update. Built from the Product Masterclass curriculum.

  • Memory you can see

A page that shows what your assistant knows about you, and lets you delete any of it.

Built for trust

  • Every action that sends, changes or deletes something waits for your confirmation.
  • You choose each connection, and you can switch it off at any time.
  • Your workspace is separated from every other user's.
  • Hosted in Germany by Product Masterclass GmbH, Munich.

FAQ

Can the assistant send mail on its own?

No. It writes drafts. A mail goes out only after you confirm it in the hub.

Who sees my data?

You. Product Masterclass operates the hub and accesses your data only to fix a problem you report, for security, or when the law requires it. Details in the privacy policy.

Is my data used to train AI models?

Google data never is. Requests run through your own Claude account; whether Anthropic may use them for model improvement is set in your Claude privacy settings.

Does it work with Microsoft 365?

Not yet. Tell us if you need it; it is next on the list.

What happens after the pilot?

You keep access while we decide the next step together. If you leave, we delete your data within 30 days.

What AIPM Hub does with your Google account

You can connect your Google account to the hub. Each service is a separate switch; you choose which ones to turn on, and you can turn each one off again at any time in the hub's settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

  • Google Calendar: shows your day and week, prepares meeting briefings, creates and updates events and answers invitations on your request.
  • Gmail: lists your inbox, reads messages to draft replies, creates drafts, sends a draft after you confirm, archives and labels messages during triage.
  • Google Drive: finds and reads documents you ask for, such as a meeting transcript or a brief, and summarises them. The hub never writes to Drive and never shares files.
  • Google Sheets and Forms: reads spreadsheets and form responses you name, and writes rows only after your confirmation.

How we use, store, share and delete your data is set out in the AIPM Hub privacy policy.

AIPM Hub's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
