1. Who we are and what these terms cover
AIPM Hub ("the hub") is provided by Product Masterclass GmbH, Pariser Str. 14, 81669 München, Germany ("we"). These terms govern your use of the hub. By signing in, you accept them. If you use the hub for your employer, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Pilot
The hub is currently offered as a pilot, free of charge and by invitation only. It is under active development: features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. We give no availability or support commitment during the pilot. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance; nothing becomes paid without your agreement.
3. Who may use the hub
The hub is intended for business use by professionals aged 18 or older. It is not offered to consumers. You keep your sign-in secure and tell us without delay at [email protected] if you suspect misuse of your account.
4. Your assistant and your confirmation
The hub's assistant prepares work, such as drafts, plans, summaries and changes in connected services. Actions that send, change or delete something wait for your confirmation. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. You review it before you rely on it or confirm an action, and you are responsible for what you confirm and for the content you send through the hub.
5. Connected services
You decide which services to connect, such as Google, Jira or Slack. Your use of each service remains subject to that provider's terms. The assistant runs on your own Claude account; your use of Claude is subject to your agreement with Anthropic. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
6. Acceptable use
You will not use the hub to break the law, infringe the rights of others, send spam or unsolicited mass mail, attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it. We may suspend access if we have good reason to believe these terms are being broken, and will tell you why.
7. Your content and our rights
Your content (tasks, notes, files, chats and data from connected services) remains yours. You grant us the right to store and process it only as needed to provide the hub to you. The hub itself, its software and its design remain ours. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the hub without obligation to you.
8. Privacy
How we process personal data, including Google user data, is described in the AIPM Hub Privacy Policy.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the hub and ask us to close your account at any time. We can end the pilot or your access with 14 days' notice by email, or immediately for good reason. After your account is closed we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy, within 30 days. Before that, you can ask us for an export of your content.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an obligation essential to the purpose of these terms, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise our liability is excluded. Because the pilot is free of charge, the statutory privileges for gratuitous services apply in addition.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for good reason, for example new features, legal requirements or the end of the pilot. We will tell you about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may stop using the hub.
12. Law and venue
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Munich.
