Product Manager @ MedFlex
Verena Graber is a Product Manager at MedFlex, a company that automates patient communication for medical practices.
Over the past year she rebuilt how her team works with AI. Every sales, customer success and support conversation now flows into a research pipeline she can query, and product news is drafted automatically when a ticket closes. She is MedFlex's internal AI champion and helps other teams set up workflows of their own.
The AI Product Masterclass looks at AI products from the perspective of the product manager, delivered by true experts in the field.
+ What I liked best were the weekly live calls, where we could discuss and get valuable feedback on how we applied the weeks content to our own projects.
- For the next cohort I wish for a bit more time to shed light on the impact of different technical approaches.
Overall a highly enjoyable class I could integrate well in a busy PM week and with content I really use in our AI journey.
