Take the next step in your career with the Product Masterclass — the 8-week program that turns you into an AI-native product manager.
From a Google replacement to a work instrument
Marianne is a Product Manager at FINNOFLEET Schweiz. Before the Product Masterclass she used AI occasionally, a question here, a draft email there. Today it is a fixed part of her workflow: the sprint report, error triage at the service desk, direct access to the code.

Marianne is a Product Manager at FINNOFLEET Schweiz AG. The company works in mortgage financing. Her team is currently building the successor to their current product, and the whole build is meant to run on AI. That was the goal she came to the Product Masterclass with in April.
What has happened since shows up in concrete workflows. Marianne has built herself AI Skills that take over single steps of her work. The sprint report is one of them, error triage at the service desk a second, direct access to the code a third.
The Skills that take over the day to day
It started with smaller automations, each with the same purpose. Take over a recurring workflow. One of them writes the stakeholder report after every sprint.
Sprint report by Skill
"I now have a Skill that pulls together everything from the last sprint, what was shipped, plus support, plus everything the team solved, and then communicates it to the stakeholders through a Confluence page. I do not have to laboriously gather it anymore. The Skill assembles it, writes it into Confluence, and that is it."
It used to cost her a good half hour per sprint. Today she tells the Skill which sprint it is, and the rest happens on its own. Nothing changes for the stakeholders, the mail goes out as usual.
A second Skill sits at the service desk.
"We now also have a Skill for our service desk. When an error report comes in from a customer, I can simply enter it today, and the AI finds the spot in the code where the bug most likely is. And then I can hand a much better documented bug to the developers."
The most valuable one for her, though, is the direct line to the code of the existing product.
A direct line to the code
"Honestly, the access to the repository. That I can just ask it questions: how does this work? What is the concept in the old software, so I can carry it over? That is extremely valuable. Really getting the information without the loop through a developer."
From occasional to fixed in the workflow
Before the course, Claude was a better Google for Marianne. A place for general questions and the first draft of an email.
"And today it is a work instrument. I can specify more and more through Claude and need all the other tools less and less."
What the course gave her
For Marianne, the value was not only in the technology. The craft of product management, which the AI does not take off her plate, was just as much part of the course.
AI and the PM craft
"And I think this dual track as well, one part the AI, the other part the PM craft, that moved me forward too."
The space of what is possible has shifted
She notices the change most clearly in her own posture. What seemed impossible a year ago is now a question of how.
The leap to a software factory
"At the start, when you first heard about AI: a language model, it stitches sentences together by probability. Okay, but what is that going to do for me? Ah, let us just build a software factory. That is an enormous leap, and it opens the horizon quite wide."
That this leap succeeds also has to do with her environment. At FINNOFLEET, AI is actively encouraged, with internal workshops and clear rules about what is allowed and what is not. Security and data protection are set, and still people are helped to lose their fear of the tool.
At Product Masterclass we train product managers to work effectively in the AI age. Our eight week intensive program covers everything from customer interviews to vibe coding to building your personal AI workflow. See the next cohorts
